Rationale of use
Vision building can serve as a comprehensive guide for the sequential steps that need to be carried out by the authorities in charge of coordinating strategic plans. This tool is being tested in one of the Case Studies of Tools4CAP.Functioning
The tool consists of three interrelated methods: the 6-step Delphi method, the Quadruple Helix approach (policy, society, business, and academic research) and the Stakeholder salience model (stakeholders' selection using measures based on 3 criteria: urgency, legitimacy and power of each stakeholder to influence the preparation of RDP).Types of outputs
The gathered qualitative data, real-time feedback, and participation of a diverse set of stakeholders enriched the process, especially in preparing CAP SPs.Relevant CAP objective
