As part of the Tools4CAP Replication Lab, the French case study implemented in the Occitanie Region explored innovative approaches to evaluate agri-environment-climate measures (AECMs) and to better understand how farmers perceive and respond to policy incentives.
The case study highlighted that meaningful stakeholder participation, ideally from the outset, or at least during the validation of outputs, is essential to ensure that the Intervention Logic is both useful and transparent.
The case study will develop an intervention logic and propose a new set of performance and effectiveness indicators to support the monitoring and evaluation of these interventions.
The project aims to identify effective solutions, showcase good practices, and assess tools’ potential limitations to ensure scalability and applicability across different regions.
