Tools4CAP (Innovative Toolbox empowering effective CAP governance towards EU ambitions) is a Coordination and Support Action project (2023-2026) within the Horizon Europe programme coordinated by Ecorys, gathering 21 partner organisations.

The project is planned to support the design and monitoring of the national CAP Strategic Plans 2023-2027 and lay the foundations for a sound preparation of Post-2027 Strategic Plans through innovative methods and tools that could be replicated across the EU-27.

The 10 case studies are the selected Member States in which the project will demonstrate the potential and limitations of innovative tools in addressing a variety of needs. These case studies ensure geographical coverage and represent the wide diversity of governance models and agri-food systems.

Tools4CAP Academy will provide a framework for capacity building and peer-learning, to develop an attractive and tailored training programme composed of 10 modules to meet the end users’ needs.
